Katherine Gorge, Northern Territory
I went to Katherine Gorge in July 2000. I was impressed at the size of the gorge and the diversity of it. At each turn the
landscape changed dramatically from sheer cliffs to sandy beaches. I went on a tour of the gorge in a boat, but
when I go back next time I will definitely be going in a canoe for a paddle. There is so much to see - including fresh water
crocodiles (and saltys in the wet season). The wildlife there is awesome and the photography opportunities are so exciting
!! I took both of the pictures of the gorge.

Darwin Sunset
Sunset has to be one of the most relaxing times of the day, the sky is filled with colour and you know that the day is coming
to an end... a new day is about to surface. The fact that no matter where you are in the world, or who you are with, no two
sunsets will ever be the same. While I was in Darwin I had the opportunity to take some stunning photos of nature
at it's best. One I have had enlarged and gave to one of my friends as a gift, the others have been kept for my enjoyment.
